 1.80 kg boneless beef shoulder pot roast, trimmed of fat
 4 dashes salt & pepper
 2 tsp thyme, dried
 2 cloves garlic, minced
 64 baby carrots (about 600g)
 900 g potatoes, peeled & cut

Place the pot roast in your slow cooker and sprinkle with salt, pepper, & thyme.

Add carrots and potatoes around the roast.

Cook on low for about 8 hours, or on high for about 5 hours. Serve & Enjoy!
